The Role

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas while leading, motivating, and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the housekeeping team to deliver consistently high standards
Conduct room inspections and quality checks to maintain brand standards
Plan daily task allocation and manage rotas effectively
Train and onboard new team members, supporting ongoing development
Ensure compliance with health & safety and COSHH procedures
Monitor stock levels and manage linen and cleaning supplies
Report and follow up on maintenance issues promptly
Work closely with Reception and Management to ensure seamless guest experiences

Has previous housekeeping experience, ideally in a supervisory capacity
Leads by example and supports team performance through clear communication
Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in presentation standards
Is proactive in resolving issues and improving processes
