As the General Manager of The Chestnut Pubs , you will lead and inspire both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service, while ensuring smooth operations and meeting financial goals. If you’re passionate about guest experiences and have a proven track record in hospitality management, this is the perfect opportunity for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the FOH and BOH teams to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Assistant Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee the guest experience, ensuring all aspects of the restaurant/hotel are enjoyable.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Manage wet stock and cash, ensuring financial performance exceeds expectations.
  • Cultivate a positive, motivated work environment for all staff members.
  • Regularly report to the Operations Manager on progress and performance.
