About You

• Communicate confidently and clearly with guests, whether welcoming them on arrival, handling a query or sharing what makes The Maltings special.
• Are proactive and organised, anticipating guest needs, keeping the reception area guest-ready and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Are comfortable working across departments, supporting both the front-of-house reception operation and the Food & Beverage team as the needs of the business require.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to the rhythm of a busy property and maintaining a calm, professional and positive attitude.
• Treat guests, colleagues and the space with respect, while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.
• Enjoy learning and development, open to growing their skills across multiple areas of the business and taking on new responsibilities as part of a team that invests in its people.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house or customer-facing role is valued but not essential. Any experience in Food & Beverage or a similar hospitality setting is equally welcomed, we'll give you the tools and support to succeed across all areas of the role.
