As Sales & Events Manager, you will take ownership of driving and delivering memorable events at The Old Bridge. This is a hands-on, commercial role where you’ll be responsible for growing event sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring every occasion exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage enquiries, build relationships, and convert bookings to grow sales.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver events from initial enquiry through to execution.
- Develop partnerships with guests and local businesses to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote weddings, celebrations, and corporate events.
- Manage event logistics including scheduling, staffing, and set-up for smooth delivery.
- Review events post-delivery, gathering feedback to continuously improve.
About You
- Proven experience in sales, events, or hospitality management.
- Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and commercial awareness.
- Passion for creating memorable experiences, with a flexible and detail-focused approach.
- Confident working independently as well as collaboratively with the wider team.
