What's the Job?

Are you an experienced and passionate Guest Services Host ready to deliver a phenomenal service and experience at a stunning venue on the North Norfolk coast. You will be an engaging individual understands the balance of skills within this role. On one hand you will understand the systems, processes and practices required to deliver an organised department. On the other hand you will be a real hospitality person, someone who has a passion for delivering a memorable welcome to guests.

The Maltings will be a home-from-home offering the space and style to kick back, relax, indulge and dwell. Offering 28 stylish bedrooms, including a honeymoon suite with a terrace and sea views, The Maltings provides a go-to coastal destination for British-based simple, quality cooking using the finest regional produce.

This role's hours spans from 7am until 11pm and shifts are usually 8 hours long.
