The Old Bridge is a unique, award-winning hotel, restaurant, and wine shop with a long-standing reputation for excellence. We are looking for a Sommelier to join our passionate team and help us deliver outstanding wine service to our guests.

About the role:

Curate and maintain our extensive wine list, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure perfect pairings with seasonal menus.
Guide and engage guests with wine recommendations that enhance their dining experience.
Support and train the front-of-house team, helping to build confidence and knowledge across all levels.
Manage cellar operations, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
Contribute to wine tastings, events, and the continued development of our wine culture.

About you:

A Sommelier or wine professional with WSET qualifications (Level 3 or Diploma desirable).
Strong experience in a quality restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
A natural communicator with a warm, engaging style that inspires both guests and colleagues.
Organised, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering consistently high standards.
