The Ancient Mariner Inn is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team.

Set just behind the dunes in Old Hunstanton, The Ancient Mariner is a much-loved coastal pub with real character, familiar to locals, trusted by regulars and a welcome retreat for thousands of seasonal visitors. Known for great classic pub food, well-kept beer and relaxed coastal hospitality, it is a place that comes alive in summer and slows down beautifully in winter.

Currently undergoing renovation ahead of the summer season, this is an exciting moment to join. With a refreshed look, strong footfall and significant demand during peak months, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the next chapter of a well-loved coastal pub.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering efficient, friendly service across the bar and restaurant. You will support the team in serving food and drinks, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed.

This role would suit an individual with previous hospitality experience who values teamwork, understands the importance of consistency and pace, and is motivated to be part of a busy and successful coastal venue.
