We’re looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our seasonal pop-up shop in Holt, representing two exciting independent brands:

Connock England – luxury fragrance and bath products
Bricks & Stitches – stylish, curated fashion and accessories

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a unique retail collaboration, where you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming environment and driving sales through great service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Engage and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Confidently communicate product features across both fragrance and fashion collections
Work towards daily and weekly sales targets
Process transactions and operate the till system accurately
Maintain high standards of presentation, visual merchandising, and shop cleanliness
Receive and manage stock deliveries
Open and close the shop independently
Represent both brands with enthusiasm and pride

What We’re Looking For

Previous retail experience is essential – ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
Comfortable working independently and using initiative
Target-driven with a strong sales focus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
A genuine passion for fragrance, fashion, and independent retail
