• Enjoy supporting guests throughout their stay with warmth and professionalism
• Thrive in a role that’s both guest-facing and detail-focused
• Are confident using systems, handling reservations, and supporting smooth operations
• Want to grow their skills with training and accredited learning

Desirable (but not essential) skills:

• Previous reception or customer-facing experience
• Knowledge of hotel booking systems
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Local knowledge to help guests make the most of their stay
